Our pick-up option is available on weekdays between 10:00AM to 6:00PM at our Office, day after you order.
We understand that you may decide to cancel the order. If you decide you no longer want your products, you need to inform us before the products are processing and we need a forty-eight hour notice to refund your purchase. We will refund 85% of the order fee(the actual cost that customer pay). Remaining balance will be the service charge of refund. We appreciate your understanding.
We only accept exchange when you received the poor quality products (not include Human Factors), but client may needs to pay the carriage fee.
All Discount, including points that earned in each transaction, cannot be transferred to cash. Any reason of cancel the order or exchange the product(s), point(s) will not be refunded. On any situation that involve cash refund, Bless Gift Mall will only refund the cost that customer actually paid.
